The weekend before Christmas we headed up to Fredericksburg to have our family Christmas with Laney, Mama (Chuck's grandma) and Caroline (Chuck's sister). Unfortunately Caroline had to work that weekend so she didn't get to come celebrate with us and Mama ended up being sick so she didn't get to come either. So it was just Laney and the four of us there to celebrate. We had a great time. We got Laney a grill for her present along with a grill cover and accessories. There was no way to hide this gift so after we got it arranged on the porch we called her out to show it to her. She loved it and we quickly made plans to grill out a meal while we were there. We helped Laney put up her Christmas lights outside and while the kids were playing with the dogs Landon was walking backwards and fell into the dogs water bowl. It was hilarious!! He was screaming like he was dying and when Chuck went and picked him up he was dripping wet. Later in the weekend we opened the rest of our presents and boy were we in for a surprise. Chuck and I got a Wii which I have been begging for and then I got the Wii fitness. We were very excited and couldn't wait to get home to use it. The kids both got awesome gifts too. Landon got a remote control four wheeler man that he loves and Reagan got littlest pet shop stuff and a Wii game that she loves. We definitely made out like champs. Thank you Laney for all of our great Christmas gifts. We hope you are enjoying your grill.
While we were there I decided to have a photo shoot with the kids outside. They did great. I included Dameyune (which was our dog until we moved to South Carolina when Laney took him in for us) and the pictures turned out really good. I hope you like them.
