Landon turns 3

Wow-Landon is 3 years old now. Time flies by so fast. Landon is so full of energy and all boy. He loves playing with his trucks, cars and most of all riding his four wheeler. He is beginning to do what Chuck says is stunt driving on his four wheeler. While he is driving he will pick up one foot and kick it up on the back of the seat. He will stand up while riding and lean big into all his turns. He is still quite the mama's boy and continues to keep us on our toes with his moodiness. His favorite new activity is to play the Wii (or wheat as he calls it) . He loves to play bowling and boxing on our sport game. He talks constantly just like Reagan and keeps us on our toes with his climbing and getting into or onto everything. Unfortunately I do foresee many ER trips in our future. I guess I should get use to the site of blood. We are still working on his potty training. He is very stubborn and only wants to do things his way (including going or not going to the potty). I am praying that this ends soon but I suppose we will see. He has proven that he knows when he needs to go he just doesn't want to stop what he is doing to go. We will continue to work on and one day it will click (or so I have been told).

Since Reagan and Landon's birthdays are only two weeks apart I decided to have a combined party this year for them. They are going to have a party at Jumping Jungle on the 23rd of this month. This is a place that is filled with jumpy houses and obstacle courses. It will be a lot of fun for everyone. Pictures will come soon of the party. For now though we took cupcakes to his class at school and let him open his presents from us the night of his birthday. His big present was his first real bicycle. He loved his bike and due to the extreme cold weather he had to ride it in circles around the house. He didn't mind this one bit. He went round and round and had a blast.

I can hardly believe that three years have past. It seems like just yesterday he was born and we were talking about how much he looked like Reagan as a newborn. While they still look alike they definitely don't act the same. There are many days that Chuck and I feel like colic has lasted for three years. Landon brings lots of fun and laughter into our house and lives on a daily basis. He is always ready to go have fun mostly outside and loves to cuddle with us. I love that Landon will still let me rock with him at night (we don't do this every night) and that he loves his big sister with all his heart. I can't wait to see what this next year brings for us with our little man.

We love you Landon and you will always be our favorite little man.

Here are some pics from Landon's school and his birthday night. By the way there isn't any cake other than the cupcakes because he doesn't like cake at all. He will be getting a cookie cake for his party.
